If you’re like me, you’ve probably been tinkering with your name in Starfield, thanks to Vasco’s name pronunciation list. Whether it’s for that reason or any other, you’ll be thrilled to know that changing your name is as easy as pie. So let’s dive right in and discover how to modify your name in Starfield!
To change your name in Starfield, all you have to do is visit any Enhance shop and pay a modest fee of 500 Credits. Once you’re done customizing your character to your heart’s content, the game will prompt you to choose a new name.
Enhance shops are conveniently located in the commercial district of every city within the game. If you’re just starting out on your Starfield adventure, you’ll find an Enhance shop near the commercial district in New Atlantis. Keep an eye out for the shop sign featuring a friendly face!
If you’ve had the opportunity to travel with Vasco, you’ll know that he has an extensive repertoire of names he likes to call people. In order to foster a closer bond with him, I even changed my name to Joe. But Vasco’s creativity doesn’t stop there! He also has a knack for coming up with funny names like “boob” and “dragon” for those with a good sense of humor.

Personalize Your Character’s Appearance in Starfield
Not only do you get to experience the vast cosmic adventure in Starfield, but you also have the freedom to customize your character’s appearance. Visit one of the many Enchance shops scattered across the game universe to modify your character’s face, hair, body, and even skin color.
I must admit, during the initial character creation, I was a bit hasty. But don’t worry, I was able to fine-tune my character’s customization at the Enhance shop for just 500 credits!
