If you’re up for a challenge in Destiny 2, the Icy Singularity challenge awaits! To conquer this challenge, you must take down a specific number of opponents in Gambit who possess Void or Stasis abilities. Now, let’s clear up any confusion about the term “effect” in this context. In this challenge, “effect” refers to abilities, and not any other aspects of the game.

You’ll need to defeat approximately 50 enemies with Void or Stasis abilities to complete this challenge. However, there’s a way to expedite your progress. Take down any invading Guardians who possess Void or Stasis abilities. Just remember, if you’re the one invading the enemy team, your takedowns won’t count towards the completion of the challenge. But if an enemy Guardian invades your field and you use a Void Super like a Nova Bomb to eliminate them, that will count!

For avid Void Warlocks out there, utilizing a Grenade build will make completing this challenge a piece of cake. If that sounds like you, get ready to breeze through this task!

That covers everything you need to know about the Icy Singularity challenge in Destiny 2. Don’t forget to explore our latest guides, such as how to acquire the powerful Wendigo Grenade Launcher or master the Trial by Firing Squad challenge.
