Starfield Executive Level: Mastering Decisions, Rewards, and Navigating CEO Changes

And here it is, the final chapter of the Ryujin Industries faction questline in Starfield. The stakes are high, with big rewards awaiting us at the end, but first, we need to successfully complete this last mission. So, let’s dive into how to conquer the Executive Level and convince the board members in this thrilling quest.

Ah, the moment has arrived. Ularu’s sinister plans have been thwarted, and we find ourselves with a rather peculiar piece of metal lodged in our brain. The fate of Ryujin Industries now hinges on the decisions we make in the upcoming challenges.

Our first dilemma is whether we should acquire Infinity LTD and continue with Internal Neuroamp research. Let’s explore these choices.

Should You Acquire Infinity LTD in Starfield? Find Out Here.

This decision, interestingly enough, doesn’t hold much weight in the game. It won’t significantly affect the rewards you receive or the reactions of your companions. So, trust your instincts and go with what feels right to you.

In our playthrough, we decided to acquire Infinity LTD. The rampant human testing and countless test subjects left a bitter taste in our mouths. Surprisingly, Infinity LTD’s moral compass was even weaker than that of Ryujin Industries.

Should You Continue Internal Neuroamp Testing in Starfield? Get the Answer Now.

Similar to the previous decision, this choice doesn’t impact your rewards directly. However, your companions unanimously approve when you discontinue the testing and disapprove if you choose to proceed. Keep in mind, though, that Vasco seems to be the exception, as his opinion on the matter remains unclear.

If your goal is to win over a specific companion, such as Andreja, we recommend opting to discontinue the testing.

Convincing the Board Members in Starfield’s Executive Level: The Key to Success

When it comes to persuading the seven board members, it’s important to note that the skill [Persuade] can be used to sway some of them, while others can be convinced through normal dialogue options.

  • One board member will vote against acquiring Infinity LTD, unless you manipulate her.
  • Another board member will vote for continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing, unless you manipulate her.
  • One board member will vote against acquiring Infinity LTD, unless you manipulate him.
  • Another board member will vote for continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing, unless you manipulate her.
  • One board member will vote for acquiring Infinity LTD, unless you manipulate her.
  • One board member can be persuaded to vote against continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing.
  • One board member can be persuaded into acquiring Infinity LTD.
  • Another board member will vote for discontinuing the Internal Neuroamp Testing, unless you manipulate her.
  • One board member is neutral on the vote for Infinity LTD and will do as you ask.
  • Another board member will vote for discontinuing the Internal Neuroamp Testing, unless you manipulate him.
  • One board member will vote for acquiring Infinity LTD, unless you manipulate her.
  • One board member will vote for continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing, unless you manipulate her.

You have the power to persuade, chat, or manipulate your way to any conclusion you desire. Once you’ve spoken to all seven members (who conveniently are all within a twenty-foot radius of each other), they will gather in the boardroom.

All Possible Endings and Rewards for the Executive Level in Starfield

Now, let’s dive into the exciting part where our choices come into play. There are two major endings to this scenario, each with its own subtle differences. Here’s how it all boils down.

Masako becomes CEO again: Imogene Returns

If you made the choice not to kill Imogene in the Guilty Parties mission and brought her slate to Dalton, you’ll have the chance to experience the Imogene Returns ending.

During the crucial board meeting, when Ularu attempts to oust Masako from her position as CEO, it’s crucial that you stand up and proclaim Imogene’s innocence.

  • Earn 16,400 Credits
  • Receive an office on the Operations floor
  • Get a personal Mission Board for Ryujin Industries
  • See the remarkable return of Imogene

This ending not only brings exciting rewards, but also adds layers of intrigue and suspense to the story of your gameplay.

Becoming CEO: The Path of Ularu

If you want to see the outcome where Ularu becomes the CEO, there are a few steps you need to follow. The key is to keep Dalton in the dark about Ularu’s involvement in setting up Imogene. You can achieve this by either eliminating Imogene or choosing not to give Dalton the slate. To uncover Ularu’s plan, use your persuasive skills to have a conversation with her and side with her.

Once Masako learns about the SSNN report that exposes her, she will confront you in her office. This is your chance to deceive her about your involvement and manipulate her into believing that Ularu would be the ideal president for Ryujin. When Ularu pushes Masako to resign during the board meeting, make sure you support her.

By following this path, you will not only witness Ularu taking charge but also receive the following rewards:

  • 16,400 Credits
  • An office on the Operations floor
  • A personal Mission Board for Ryujin Industries

Supporting Ularu Initially but Keeping Masako as CEO

If you’re looking for an intriguing alternative, consider supporting Ularu initially but ultimately keeping Masako as the CEO. Just like before, prevent Dalton from discovering Ularu’s involvement with Imogene by eliminating her or not providing the slate. Persuade Ularu to reveal her plan and side with her.

Additionally, have a conversation with Masako and reassure her that you are willing to do whatever it takes to find the mole.

During the board meeting, when Ularu urges Masako to step down, it is crucial to show your support for Masako. This will result in Ularu getting fired, and you will receive a small bonus of credits.

  • 18,400 Credits
  • An office on the Operations floor
  • A personal Mission Board for Ryujin Industries

It is worth noting that the Ryujin Faction Quest has a setup that occurs much earlier than its final mission. However, the dialogue and outcomes remain largely the same.
