Fortunately, there is a convenient waypoint located just outside the prison.

To reach the prison, make your way to the guard house at Wyrm’s Rock. From there, head downstairs to the lower level. Upon reaching the prison entrance, you may notice that the doors are locked. However, don’t worry! There’s a simple solution – discreetly pickpocket the slumbering guard stationed next to the door. This will grant you easy access to the prison without any hindrance.
