Search for Little Tuya: Mastering ‘Blood and Sweat’ in Diablo 4

Blood and Sweat is an exciting side quest that takes place in the captivating Ruins of Qara-Yisu, an area that becomes accessible after completing the Stronghold in Diablo 4. This seemingly simple quest, however, presents a challenge when it comes to finding Little Tuya. Fear not, as I am here to guide you to the exact location of this coveted doll within the ruins.

Discovering Little Tuya in Diablo 4 Blood and Sweat

Prepare yourself to embark on a thrilling search as Little Tuya awaits atop a roof on the southern side of Qara-Yisu, cunningly concealed beneath piles of rocks. Ascend the ladder and find yourself amidst scattered stones on the roof. In your pursuit of acquiring this treasured doll, flip the stone situated on the right side, unveiling the mesmerizing Little Tuya resting on the ground. The item itself bears the label “Crude Doll”, distinguished by its enchanting aqua-colored text, which is characteristic of all quest items within the game. Secure this valuable artifact and ensure it finds its rightful place in your quest inventory.

Embarking on the Blood and Sweat quest in Diablo 4 was an exhilarating experience for me. As I opened up the Qara-Yisu map, my eyes were drawn to the small blue circle that indicated the quest objective nestled in the heart of the Dry Steppes. At first glance, it seemed like a simple task, but I soon discovered that unraveling the secrets of Little Tuya required some active exploration.

I found myself meticulously scouring the area, moving rocks and containers in search of the elusive Little Tuya. Amidst the sea of possibilities, only one roof stood out – the one I needed to climb to progress further. With a sense of anticipation, I scaled the roof, flipped the stone, and successfully completed that step of the quest.

Once I obtained the Crude Doll, my path led me back to Tuya in Alzuuda, another Waypoint located in the western section of the Dry Steppes. Returning the item rewarded me with a Salvage Cache, brimming with valuable loot such as a Veiled Crystal and some XP.

Starting the Blood and Sweat Quest in Diablo 4

To initiate the Blood and Sweat side quest, you must first liberate the Qara-Yisu Stronghold in the Dry Steppes. As a satisfying reward for your efforts, a Waypoint and additional side quests await you. Make your way to the southern part of the stronghold, where you’ll find a quest marker hovering above a bloodied note, signaling the beginning of this enthralling adventure.

Before embarking on the task of finding Little Tuya within the Ruins, don’t forget to pick up the note.
