I took the plunge so you wouldn’t have to. Here’s what happens if you choose to sleep with Mizora.

You’ll experience a unique cutscene with Mizora, where she seductively tempts you with the various bittersweet agonies that the nine hells can offer, before taking you under her wings. However, if you willingly decide to embrace her, you will receive a series of “Wyll disapproves” messages.

I’m not certain how Wyll knows what you’re up to.

After your midnight rendezvous, you will be brought back to the real world, reeking of sulfur and who knows what else. Once again, Wyll will strongly disapprove. However, his disapproval is not enough for him to leave the party. If you have established even the smallest romantic connection with him, he will break it off and suggest that it’s best to remain allies instead.

Depending on which characters you have engaged romantically, you may face a confrontation with them. White-Haired Shadowheart (yes, Karlach rejected me, please don’t judge) will be relatively accepting of your exploration into other relationships.

However, I suspect that black-haired Shadowheart is less forgiving. Interestingly, her reactions seem to vary depending on which goddess she is aligned with.
