Restaurant Briefcase
Now, onto the more consistent and dependable alternative. The best way to obtain the Smuggler’s Drop Key is by accessing the Restaurant Briefcase. To do this, you will need the Restaurant Briefcase Key, which can be found in the Townhouse Apartment.
Once you have the key for the briefcase, make your way to the far east of Vondel, specifically the Exhibit located at the east of the Museum POI. The exact location on the map grid is I6.

This is the ultimate treasure you have been searching for, and it’s right there, resting on one of the tables.
Unlock the briefcase using the designated key and get your hands on the valuable loot it contains – the Smuggler’s Drop Key. While there may not be much else of value in the briefcase, you might come across some cash that’s worth pocketing.
Discovering the DMZ Smuggler’s Drop Location
The DMZ Smuggler’s Drop can be found in the northwestern area of Vondel, inside an L-shaped building located northwest of the Castle POI. To ensure you know precisely where to go, refer to the map and zoom in for a closer look at its specific location. You can find it in map grid D2.
If you’re heading into a building from the northern side in Warzone DMZ, you may come across a Smuggler’s Drop location. Keep in mind that the building can either be a Stronghold or part of a contract, so you might need to initiate a contract or find a keycard to gain access. Once inside, make sure to look immediately on the floor ahead of you.
There, you’ll find a locked wooden crate that contains the Smuggler’s Drop loot. Use the key you obtained to unlock it and claim the valuable items inside. Typically, you can expect to find an encrypted Hard Drive, a rare vest, and the Bridge Stash Key, which is the next item in Vondel’s chain.
