Warzone Season 5 Reloaded has introduced exciting new missions for players to tackle as part of the Shadow Company Faction. One mission causing some frustration for players is Unobserved. But fear not! I’m here to guide you through it.
Mission Objectives
The Unobserved Mission, found in the third tier of the Shadow Company Faction introduced in Season 5 Reloaded, consists of three tasks:
- Equip a Disguise.
- Acquire a code from a Konni radio in a Stronghold while disguised.
- Use the code to open the locked closet in the destroyed Zaya Observatory and extract the laptop inside.
Although challenging, this mission is certainly achievable. In fact, most players should be able to complete it during deployment. And the reward? You’ll earn XP and the coveted Through The Window cosmetic item.
Equipping the Disguise
To kick off the mission, head to Al Mazrah armed with a Stronghold Keycard, if available. Begin looting for a Disguise, which was introduced in Season 5. This unique item allows players to confuse enemy bots, ensuring they won’t attack unless provoked. You’ll typically find Disguises in Duffel Bags.
Once you’ve obtained a keycard, it’s usually best to keep it in your inventory rather than using it immediately.
Find a Stronghold
The next step is to find a Stronghold. If you already have a keycard from your Key Stash, you can head directly to a Stronghold. If not, you’ll need to search for a keycard or purchase one at a Buy Station for $5,000. Once you have a keycard, consult your map to locate a Stronghold and make your way there.
Before you reach the Stronghold, equip your Disguise ability. This will trick the enemies guarding the Stronghold into believing that you’re one of their own. With your disguise, you can enter the Stronghold undetected and start searching for a Konni Radio.
When playing the Stronghold mission, it’s crucial to be thorough in your search for the radio as it is often placed on a shelf somewhere within the area. It’s easy to overlook, so make sure to check every nook and cranny.
Once you locate the radio, press your Interact key to turn it on. The radio will provide you with a three-digit code, such as ours being 622. Pay close attention and jot down the code if necessary. With the code in hand, it’s time to head over to Zaya Observatory.
Locating the Locked Closet at Zaya Observatory (Unobserved Mission DMZ)
Due to the events of Shadow Siege – the MW3 Reveal Event – Zaya Observatory has been destroyed. To access the Locked Closet, players must navigate beneath the remains of the observatory, just as they did during the event. Look out for tunnels scattered around the area to make your way inside.
We discovered that entering through the western tunnel was the most convenient route to the Locked Closet. The precise location of this entrance is clearly indicated in the image below.
Once you step inside, you’ll want to make your way to the closet located on the north side of the Observatory, specifically in map grid E5. To make it easier, we suggest marking its approximate location (shown on the left) and then navigating through the tunnels towards it.
The exact route may vary depending on the tunnel you entered from, but don’t worry, exploring this point of interest is quite straightforward. Most of the doors are unlocked and the path to your destination is fairly clear.
You’ll know you’ve arrived at the right place when you come across two adjacent doors (shown on the right). The door on the right will be open, while the one on the left will be locked, requiring an access code to proceed.
Imagine the excitement of receiving a secret code from the renowned Konni Radio in the Stronghold. Will you crack it? Enter the code and watch as the door swings open, revealing the prized possession – the Hacked Konni Laptop. Secure it swiftly and make your way to the extraction point to successfully accomplish the Unobserved Mission.
