The options in bold are the ones that will lead to Lae’zel’s escape. If you choose to persuade the tieflings, they will release her, but they will become hostile once they realize your deception. On the other hand, if you decide to deceive them, the tieflings will vacate the area, leaving you with the task of shooting the bottom of Lae’zel’s cage using a ranged weapon or spell.

By successfully deceiving the tieflings, you can free Lae’zel from her cage, allowing her to drop to the ground and regain her freedom. Not only that, but this action will also earn you positive affection from Gale, showcasing the benefits of your strategic thinking.
